Pacific Opera Victoria is seeking a full-time patron services associate. The candidate will be an essential contact person with POV's patrons and donors, stewarding the customer experience and developing productive relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in subscription and single tickets campaigns, front of house performance management, and events assistance.

Pacific Opera Victoria welcomes applications for chorus and comprimario roles for the 2018/19 season, which will include Beethoven's Fidelio, Verdi's La traviata, and Kálmán's Countess Maritza.

Interested singers are encouraged to send a musical résumé and a recent headshot to .

Audition confirmation will be communicated via email.

Candidates should prepare two contrasting selections that demonstrate secure musicianship and an aptitude for performance. Although not a requirement, we strongly encourage applicants to memorize their selections and prepare at least one in a language other than English. A pianist will be provided, or you may bring your own.

Once your audition time is confirmed, we ask that you bring the following with you to the audition:

  • A filled-out POV Chorus Application Form
  • A musical résumé
  • A recent headshot
  • A music binder with your audition selections for the pianist

Members of the POV Chorus receive an honorarium per production, two complimentary opening night tickets to each of the three mainstage productions, invitations to special events and receptions, and exclusive access to POV's Artist Development Program (a curriculum of stagecraft workshops, vocal clinics, individual coachings, and masterclasses with visiting artists).
