Pacific Opera Victoria is seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications with a minimum of 5 years of experience in performing arts marketing or related field. S/he shall be responsible for the advancement of strategic marketing, communications and audience development plans, and oversee the implementation of strategies to maximize sales goals and attendance targets for all public programs.
The Director will supervise all marketing and communications activities including campaigns, advertising, public relations, and sales functions. S/he will be responsible for administering audience development, market research and customer experience initiatives.
Start date is August 2019.
