Claude makes his Pacific Opera Victoria debut as Timothée Doucet in Les Feluettes. He performed the role at the Montreal world première and will reprise it at Edmonton Opera in October, 2017.

A singer, teacher, composer, and former member of l'Atelier lyrique de l'Opéra de Montréal, Claude has appeared as a soloist for such prestigious organizations as Opéra de Montréal (where he has sung some 30 roles), Opéra de Québec, l'Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, Edmonton Opera, Florentine Opera of Milwaukee, the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, the Orford Festival, and l'Orchestre Métropolitain de Montréal.

His many roles include Sparafucile (Rigoletto), Colline (La bohème), Doktor (Wozzeck), Kommissarius and Notar (Der Rosenkavalier), Simone (Gianni Schicchi), Bartolo and Basilio (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Bartolo (Le nozze di Figaro), Mr. Kofner (The Consul), Lodovico (Otello), Don Alfonso (Così fan tutte) and Matthieu (Andrea Chénier).
