Set Designer, Così fan tutte

Elli made her Pacific Opera Victoria debut in 2008 as set and costume designer for Madama Butterfly. She returns in April 2010 as set designer for Così fan tutte.
Elli has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada. Actively designing for both opera and theatre, Elli's work has been seen at The Segal Centre for the Performing Arts (The Diary of Anne Frank), Centaur Theatre (Trying, Romeo and Juliet, Have a Heart), Neptune Theatre (Old Times, Three in the Back, Two in the Head), and Infinitheatre (The Facts Behind the Helsinki Roccomatios, Elephant Song).
Elli has had the pleasure of working with François Racine on several productions; highlights include Dido and Aeneas (L'Atelier lyrique de L'Opéra de Montréal), Le Rossignol and Gianni Schicchi (Le Conservatoire de Musique de Montréal), Die Fledermaus and Die Zauberflöte (Jeunesse Musicales du Canada).
