Pacific Opera Victoria (POV) is seeking a full-time box office manager for a one-year maternity leave.
The candidate will enjoy being a primary contact person with POV's patrons and donors, stewarding the customer experience and developing productive relationships that increase customer retention, acquisition and upgrades.
The successful candidate should demonstrate impeccable skills in working with the public, including a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to listen to concerns and resolve problems creatively. The candidate will work with the marketing team, providing timely reports and customer feedback, and participating in strategy development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in subscription campaigns, single ticket campaigns, group sales programs, and education programs.
This is a salaried position with benefits – salary commensurate with experience. Hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, but the candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends on performance dates.
